One of the 22 m high chimneys that Airworks made for the London Olympics is placed over a rooftower on the Zwarte Cross festival 2013. To the steel rooftower steel rings are connected with a smaller diameter, spacing 4,92m. The pneumatic membrane is placed over the rings and connected at the top and bottom of the rooftower.
The pneumatic chimney has two layers of cloth with a diameter of 2.8m at the bottom and 2m at the top. The membranes are stitched together in the length of the chimney with a polypropylene band. On this band anchorages are placed to fix to the horizontal steel rings on 8 locations.
