A new villa is being built in a free and rural river area at Noordwendigedijk 12 in Kamperveen. The villa will be located on the site of an existing house that will be demolished for the construction of the villa. The new villa has a characteristic design with a large cantilevering part that takes into account the rural environment and connects to it as closely as possible. De architect is Paul de Ruiter Architects.
